UltraBranch

It's free. It's easy. It's account access in more places than ever before!

What is UltraBranch®?

UltraBranch is a service provided by Alaska USA that allows you convenient, self-service access to your credit union accounts anytime, from almost anywhere, by phone, online, and even wireless!

How do I access UltraBranch?

Now there are even more ways to access your accounts!

Online - Log in to UltraBranch from www.alaskausa.org for complete access to your accounts.

Touch-tone phone - Call 258‑7228 or (888) 258‑7228 outside Anchorage for automated access to check balances and perform certain transactions.

Self-Service Terminal (SST) - Log in to an SST at branches and select retail locations.

UltraBranch Mobile - Check accounts, make transfers, pay bills, and more with your cellular phone or PDA.

What can I do with UltraBranch?

Get information about your accounts and make transfers between accounts or to another Alaska USA member from any device.

When you use UltraBranch online or at an SST, you can view and print your statement and cancelled check images, reorder checks, order stop payments, set e‑mail alerts for low balances, create account nicknames, change your address, and more!

UltraBranch online also gives you the ability to open new accounts, download your account history, view your Alaska USA Visa® credit card history, access Bill Pay, and change your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your Alaska USA ATM or Visa Check Card.

New UltraBranch Mobile is a great way to check accounts, make transfers, pay bills, and even find an ATM while you're on the go.

Is UltraBranch secure?

Alaska USA maintains state-of-the-art security systems. You can take additional measures, too:

Keep your Personal Access Code (PAC) confidential and change it frequently.

Log out of UltraBranch when you leave your computer. (If you forget to log out, UltraBranch will automatically end your session.)

What does it cost?

Access is free and there are no fees for services obtained through UltraBranch except for those associated with items offered by a third-party vendor, such as Bill Pay, check reorders, and Western Union Money Transfers®.

What are other UltraBranch benefits?

UltraBranch is available 24/7 on your computer, touch-tone phone, or cellular phone. Use it from home, the office, or while traveling to easily manage your accounts.

You can save money by using UltraBranch! For example, stop payment orders are typically $15, but they're free when you place them through UltraBranch.

Can I use the same User ID and Personal Access Code (PAC) regardless of how I access UltraBranch?

You may, if you use your Alaska USA account number as your User ID and if your PAC only consists of numbers.

However, you may want to customize your User ID and add letters or special characters to your PAC for added security for online, mobile, or SST.

However, UltraBranch by touch-tone phone requires that your User ID be your Alaska USA account number and your PAC only contain numbers.

What if I forget my PAC?

Just call the Member Service Center for assistance.

How do I sign up?

Call the Member Service Center or visit any Alaska USA branch location. You may also download an application at www.alaskausa.org and mail it to the credit union.
