Business Loan Rates
Alaska USA has a wide range of financing options available for your business.
Business lending programs are described below. Business members can also take
advantage of Alaska USA's consumer lending
programs for vehicle loans and other secured lending needs.
All rates depend on a number of factors, including the amount you borrow, financial strength of business, collateral, term of the loan and your credit rating. Generally, rates are:
- Lines of credit and construction loans -- Wall Street Journal prime rate, plus 0-6%.
- Adjustable rate term loans -- 3-Year or 5-Year (ISDA®) mid-market par swap, plus 2-6%.
- Variable rate term loans -- Wall Street Journal prime rate, plus 0-6%.

Rate is based on the share or certificate rate plus points between 2 – 4%, depending on the term of the loan. |
Term Loans not secured by Real Estate |
Rates on inventory and security loans can be fixed or variable:
- Fixed rate is based on the 3-Year (ISDA®) mid-market par swap.
- Variable rate is based on Wall Street Journal prime rate plus points.
Rate on equipment loans can be fixed, variable or adjustable*:
- Fixed rate is based on the 3-Year or 5-Year (ISDA®) mid-market par swap.
- Variable rate is based on Wall Street Journal prime rate plus points.
* Adjustment period is every 3 or 5 years

Rate can be fixed, variable or adjustable*:
- Fixed and adjustable rate is based on the 3-Year or 5-Year (ISDA®) mid-market par swap.
- Variable rate is based on Wall Street Journal prime rate plus points.
