ATV, Off-road Vehicle and Snowmachine Loan guideline

1. Maximum amount:
New - On approved credit, 70% of MSRP or purchase price, whichever is less, plus installed accessories.
Used - On approved credit, 70% of NADA Retail Motorcycle Guide, or purchase price, whichever is less, plus installed accessories.
Higher percentage of financing may be available for qualified applicants.
An additional $300 may be added to the amount financed for the purchase of helmets/safety equipment.
2. Type of lien:
Security Agreement / UCC filing / vehicle title.
3. Annual percentage rate:
Periodically established by Board of Directors based upon current money market conditions and credit qualifications of applicant.
4. Inclusion:
Snow machines, ATVs, dirt bikes and other non-passenger, offroad vehicles not otherwise classified. Cost of shipping may be financed for more qualified applicants.
5. Restrictions:
Off-road vehicles older than five model years will not normally be financed. However, they will be considered for qualified applicants.
6. Miscellaneous:
"New" is defined as the untitled current model year and the next year's model units and prior year units until April 1st of the following year.

This guideline is approved by the Board of Directors and is effective December 30, 2009.

Motorcycle Loan guideline

*84-month financing is available only for well qualified applicants on a single motorcycle loan.
