When you call the credit union, you will be asked questions to verify your identity.
- Your Visa® credit and check card are monitored for suspicious or unusual activity.
Call the Member Service Center to update your contact information, if you plan to travel
overseas, or if you intend to use your card in a way that’s unusual for you.
To report cyber or internet fraud
- www.ic3.gov: The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the National White Collar Crime Center, and the Bureau of Justice Assistance, accepts online Internet crime complaints from either the person who believes they were defrauded or from a third party to the complainant.
